Response to the MRRT Legislation Exposure Draft

AMEC has submitted a formal response to the MRRT Legislation Exposure Draft and Explanatory Material release on 10 June 2011.

The submission raises serious concerns that the proposed MRRT regime will be anti competitive and create an uneven playing field between small emerging iron ore and coal miners, and large conglomerates.
