Ruth MacIntyre-BardellRuth brings a broad background with nearly 10 years’ experience in PR, communications, government and the NGO sector.
Prior to joining AMEC, Ruth was the Principal Advisor for one of New Zealand’s largest NGOs where she shaped the strategic communications and public relations profile of the organisation. She has developed and executed a number of well- recognised campaigns, and successfully spearheaded a complete overhaul of the organisation's brand and public perception.
A qualified PR and communications professional with a wide ranging academic background, Ruth is also well versed in partnership brokering, and crisis management. Additionally she has political, environmental and research experience from a previous role with the New Zealand Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters of Resource and Environment Planning, and a GradDip in Communications and Public Relations, and is a member of the PRINZ and the NZPI
