As a prospector, supplier, contractor, explorer, or producer in Australia’s challenging and innovative mining industry, you understand the high standards required daily.
We encourage you to nominate for the 2024 AMEC Awards, to be recognised by your peers and celebrate your team’s success. Your entry will be reviewed by leaders in the industry with experience on-site and in the C-suite. Our six categories highlight the industry’s best, from exploration to discovery, collaboration and importantly, environmental and community/staff initiatives.
As a finalist or winner in the AMEC Awards, you are recognised for your innovation, forward-thinking and willingness to help our industry continue to set global standards in exploration and mining.
We have prepared a Nomination Guide outlining why you should enter, categories, criteria and judging process.
Entrants can log on or create an account on the new Awards Judgify platform, and then upload their entry directly to the platform, including any supporting materials. You will be able to save as you go, as long as it is completed by 5pm AWST on Friday 6 September 2024.

The prestigious AMEC Prospector Award for individual endeavour in the field of mineral exploration was first presented by AMEC in 1993. It is given to the individual/s who made the most outstanding mineral deposit discovery within recent years. The award is made in recognition of the discovery itself, as well as the individual/s or team that discovered it, rather than the company.
