AMEC NSW Webinar: Workshop with NSW Government on the Draft Amendment Bill 2021 and Exploration Package Reform

Join us for an opportunity to hear more about the NSW draft Mining and Petroleum Legislation Amendment Bill 2021 as well as Government feedback on the Exploration Package reform. The proposed legislative reforms include “a set of legislative amendments to enable faster and more efficient decision-making, streamline and modernise processes, improve clarity, and enhance compliance” and establishes the Royalties for Rejuvenation fund. The Exploration Package includes policy changes for tenure renewals, security deposits and information. NSW Government will provide an overview on the reform and would like to hear from industry.
