AMEC QLD ASX Seminar and Networking

AMEC invites you to attend a seminar on the rules and laws supporting ASX studies, production targets and financial information.

Brent Van Staden of Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers will walk you through the ASIC requirements, listing rules and technical standards required of a scoping / concept study, pre-feasibility study and detailed/bankable feasibility study.

The Xenith Consulting Team will present on the dos and don’ts of working with the rules on the ground by providing technical insights and answering questions.

The seminar will be followed by a networking drinks event, hosted at Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers.
