Over recent years, there has been a growing investor demand for companies to report on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors. This has created greater opportunity for companies to consider their sustainability and impacts, and the role of ESG reporting in presenting this information to the market.
There are a variety of different global ESG reporting frameworks available and investors are requesting information from multiple frameworks, creating an additional layer of complexity as companies try to meet investor expectations.
AMEC has received increased requests for information from member companies on how to address ESG requirements from potential investors. We have arranged for a number of our member companies to present their journeys and experiences with navigating this complex, yet very important area. This forum is intended to provide attendees with the opportunity to hear directly from these companies, and will include a dedicated question and answer session.
