AMEC invites early-career geologists and other professionals, as well as team members new to tenure, approvals, heritage, native title, environmental or land access responsibilities, to our inaugural GROUNDWORKS event.
Bringing together experienced industry practitioners and government representatives, this practical panel will explore how these responsibilities intersect during early-stage exploration.
Through real examples and candid discussion, attendees will learn about common pitfalls, warning signs, available government resources and when an issue requires specialist or senior support.
Groundworks is not formal training or a technical seminar. It is a practical conversation designed to help people approach unfamiliar responsibilities with better judgement and confidence.
A $22 early-career discount is available to professionals of member companies within the first five years of their career, reflecting our commitment to welcoming and empowering the industry’s emerging talent.
Audience Q&A and networking drinks will follow the panel.
