The Resources Regulator has now made all forms required by NSW explorers available on the Portal to improve efficiency for both industry and Government. This includes the statement of compliance history, applying for exploration activities and all aspects of follow-up including rehabilitation cost estimates and completion, annual environmental reports as well as reporting an environmental non compliance.
This webinar will showcase how the Portal and the forms facilitate the lifecycle of an exploration licence. The Regulator will demonstrate the new forms that were published in April including Rehabilitation Completion/Annual Report, Rehabilitation Cost Estimate and Non-compliance Report Form and ensure your questions are answered.
