The AMEC Cultural Heritage to Native Title Forum, to be held on 18 June, will bring together government, legal and industry leaders to discuss one of the most significant issues facing the mining and exploration sector in Western Australia, land access.

As cultural heritage and native title processes continue to evolve, the forum will explore the practical implications for project approvals, agreements, timelines, cost and project delivery across the resources sector.

The forum will examine the evolving intersection between cultural heritage, native title and project delivery in WA, including discussion around findings from the recent ACIL Allen report and what current reforms and policy discussions could mean in practice for explorers, developers, producers and advisers operating in Western Australia.
