Western Australian Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act Forum

May 23 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm AWST

What will the implementation of the new Western Australian Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 mean for mining and mineral exploration?

The Government has committed that the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 will come into effect on 1 July 2023. This forum will be an opportunity to hear direct from Government about their expectations around the transition. This is an opportunity to ensure your organisation is prepared to meet the new obligations and requirements under the new Act.

This half-day forum will provide you with a detailed understanding of the regulatory framework from the Government team who drafted the legislation.
